In 1965, at the age of 16, I was admitted to the School of Fine Arts in Besançon. Mr. Oudot, a drawing teacher and sculptor, instilled in me his passion for drawing. Thank you!

And the pleasure of that surprise with each new painting simply makes me happy.
While a certain level of skill is required for any artistic practice, I would never call it work.
